I am an IFA Administrator who provides support to the Financial Advisers by managing client documentation and ensuring all administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently. I am committed to delivering a smooth and professional service, and I’m often the friendly voice clients will find on the other end of the phone.
I have worked within the Financial Services industry for over 10 years, having held a variety of roles with HSBC UK and Lloyds Bank before joining Croft & Oakes in 2025.
I live in Shropshire with my husband and our little boy. Outside of work, I value family time and enjoy travelling, attending live music gigs, socialising with friends, dining out, reading, and going for long walks in the Shropshire countryside.
